I introduced the concept of Soft Skills in this mini workshop at the beginning of the term, in the second class. It lasted about 45 minutes and I used individual and gorup activities using Padlet. After monitoring their low engagement and finding industry sources listing which soft skils are important, for the students, I decided to elaborate a 2nd version. I hope this version makes soft skills more applicable by the students.
