I introduced the concept of Soft Skills in this mini workshop at the beginning of the term, in the second class. It lasted about 45 minutes and I used individual and gorup activities using Padlet. Here, I introduce Padlet Journalling and Soft Skills Passport.
The form below is meant to be filled every week to reflect on soft skills usage during class activities and home assignments.
After monitoring their low engagement and finding industry sources listing which soft skils are important, for the students, I decided to elaborate a 2nd version. I hope this version makes soft skills more applicable by the students.
